No. Copare is designed to work even if only one parent uses it. You can still organise your calendar, draft messages, and maintain your own records. If the other parent joins later, everything syncs seamlessly.
What if the other parent refuses?
That's completely fine. You can use Copare independently to manage your schedule, prepare considered responses, and keep your own organised records. There's no pressure on anyone to join.
Is this a legal tool?
Copare is not legal advice and should not be used as a legal tool. It's a communication assistant designed to help reduce misunderstanding. However, your communication history can be exported if ever needed.
Is Copare just another messaging app?
No. Copare is calendar-first. Your shared custody schedule sits at the centre, and all communication links back to specific events, dates, and decisions. It's specifically designed for co-parenting — structured, contextual, and calm.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We will never share, sell, or use your personal information for advertising. Privacy is fundamental to everything we build.
Can messages be exported if needed?
Yes. You can export your communication history at any time. The format is designed to be clear and organised, should you ever need records for any purpose.
When does billing start?
Billing only starts when the app is delivered and launched. VIP Beta supporters pay a deposit now to secure their discounted price — no recurring charges until the app is live.
How does VIP Beta pricing work?
VIP Beta pricing increases as places fill. Early supporters (first 100) get the best rate at £99.99/year. The next 100 pay £110/year, and later supporters pay £130/year. Monthly is £11.99/month. All tiers get the same features — only the price differs based on when you join.
What happens if I join the free waitlist only?
You'll receive early access notification when the beta launches. There's no obligation, no payment required, and you can decide then whether Copare is right for you.
